Rather similar to me then, by the sound of it. It's such a relief to be able to have a valid name for why we are the way we are, rather than just be "weird" or something.
Are you going to be doing anything different now that you have your diagnosis? Or just carry on as before, only now feeling more at peace with who you are?
No different to before a diagnosis apart from the fact that I can officially say I have AS rather then I suspect I have AS. I haven't actually told anyone other then my parents. I was 99.9% sure that I had Asperger's so the diagnosis did not come as a surprise but more a case of "yes I thought so, that explains alot".
mondays seem to be "the" day to be diagnosed :) i was diagnosed on the monday just gone. a week after you. how are you finding things now with a diagnosis?
