short break for autistic teenager

We are looking for somewhere; where our 14 year old, high functioning autistic daughter could have a weekend break.

Her 15 year old brother has just come back from a school ski trip, and we feel that she never realy gets to do anything other than days out with us fuddy duddys.

I think she would probably get more from a short break with like minded autistic's.

So my question is does anyone know of such a service/facility.

Sorry we're not aware of particular holidays that are aimed at people on the spectrum but we do have a section about holidays that includes advice on venues that describe themselves as being inclusive.

Another way to approach this might be through a local support group. As these are often run by volunteers or small charities coverage isn't universal but you can search locally through our online directory -
