I'm booked in for an initial assessment as an adult on 24th April. I'm planning on creating a document of things that have made me suspect I have AS/things I struggle with, plus my MH history.
I went to uni in Scotland and changed GPs then, and then switched back when my course was over. Apparently in the switch all my notes disappeared, so medical records from before the age of 22 are gone. Will this be a hinderance? I've self-referred so it isn't through the NHS.
Any other helpful tips anyone has would be appreciated.
