Hello all, this is my first post , and its aimed at helping you and your families take back the power you don't think you have , and to tell those in authority who think they are ALL POWERFUL THAT THEY ARE NOT,

1, TAPE RECORD EVERY MEETING , IF THEY SAY NO , REFER TO THE educational additional support act 2004, subsection 31, you can also by law record EVERY NHS PERSON, INCLUDING YOUR OWN G.P

2,...know your rights ...and I mean BY LAW, education additional learning support act 2004, ....read up on this ,

3, other LAWS THAT MAY HELP,... ARE UNRCR ARTICLES,

4, Childers act 2006, human rights act 1998, and the equality act 2010,

5, girfec also became law in March 2014,

Just Google the above laws and you will soon find that by not implementing any acts you have found to be broken, YOU ARE BREAKING THE LAW,

As parents we have to by law make sure our kids get the help they need , so if you do read from the above acts  that either someone from camhs or the school or both have broken any of the above laws make sure you hold them accountable,...the proof will come from the tape recordings and minutes and other information you can get,

It's about time that the laws are scrapped or implemented,

Don't give up ,and stay strong

    I've printed out emails and made copies,....and I have medical records and educational psychologist record's, and educational additional support learning ACT 2004 subsection 31,...THEY SHOULD BE TAPE RECORDING MEETINGS AND ISSUING ME WITH A COPY!

    By LAW!!!,...also from the same bit of legislation is section 12,and 5,...,4

    Then the UNRCR ARTICLES,2,3,4,12,19,23,24,28,29,39!!!!!!!!!

    Then the human rights act and equality act ....

    The best bit is all the really damming evidence has been provided by them!!!

    ARROGANT individuals who will now be undone as a result of there own hubris!,..scum,

    And they can't complain because THEY MADE IT LAW THAT I MUST TAKE ACTION AS A MOTHER WITH PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY WHICH IS WHAT IM DOING TO THE LETTER!

    And the minutes from any meetings DO NOT REFLECT THE TAPE RECORDINGS! They also are very AWARE of this,,...and that is why when I made my complaint to the police I did so by email,...paper trail,...when I do speak with the in person if they decline AGAIN TO BE TAPED THEN I SHALL TAKE WITNESSES,.....to prove I've at least reported a crime,

    Anyway this is a system I have fought for a long time and know them well.........

    Let's see how on the ball they are..with me!!!...if the police fail to take action they are guilty of BREAKING articles 39,4,3,2,19,12,.....UNRCR,...at least ....I also made print outs of job descriptions , and read up on the difference between , power, policies, DUTY

    ,DUTY IS LAW ABIDING,....AT BEST YOU LOSE YOUR JOB AT WORSE YOU COULD GO TO JAIL,.....I'VE ONLY MARKED DUTIES ,....to throw the proverbial book at them,

    ANYWAY I really believe this is a NATIONAL SCANDAL that has to be addressed,...My son knows this has been totally Fuxxed up, they couldn't get anything right ,...I now ,will make it right ,

    I will show my son that even though the world seems to be run by fuxkwits ,..there's justice and professional people who DO CARE!!!we all need our Faith restored and we have to trust those in authority to help us ,....AND I WONT STOP UNTIL IT DOES!!
