It's normal for an autistic person to be 'sensitive' about noises and sensations. For instance if most people bought a clock, they might notice it's tick in the shop. But probably once they got home they'd stop noticing it. An autistic person might keep noticing it.
In the same way it can be difficult for autistic people to find clothes that aren't irritating. Try and make sure the clothes are soft materials with no hard edges or lace. Labels in collars can be a problem too: you might have to take them out.
Unlikely there's anything wrong with her nerves, but you could talk to a doctor if you are still worried.
