HELP NEEDED 2 X PIP FORMS IN 2 WEEKS !

Hi

I have 2 children both autistic and I have a spinal injury and dyslexia.

I have recieved 2 PIP forms for both me and my son within 2 weeks of each other and I cannot cope. I am extemely anxious and upset .

My adult son was awarded a DLA lifetime award by the DWP tribunal.As well as a previous disability discrimination tribunal, SENDIST tribunal  and we have been to the high court regarding his education.

now we have to start again?

He was diagnoised by the lorna wing centre.The local council offer no autistic adult support.He has never worked and lives at home . He does not claim any other benefit becuase he gets extremley upset if you ask him questions regarding his autism. 

Do I have to keep proving his autism time and time again , its having an effect on my health , can anyone help us ?

  • I am so anxious now I cannot type , i have spent all day on the phones trying to get some help to fill in these forms.

    The more anxious I get the worse the dylexia gets and then i cant spell my own name, and the DWP  still they say no. i have tried the helpline today and couldnot get through and now im in a terriable state .

    so i thought i would try my local council , who do not have people to help beacuse of the cuts in welfare.I though i would try carers who frankly didnt understand why i am in this state as i try to fill in approx 86 pages , when my disability is the casue of my reading and writing problems. no online form either , so i cant use software to help me spell .This is casuing further anxirty and stress

    tried CAB, cannot get through on phonelines.

    tHW dwp said it base on" random seletion".in my area. If that is true i should do the lottery , in fact i would have a better chance of winning the lottery .

    Please tell me after sendsit tribunal, Disability discrimantion tribunal , DWP tribunal and the high court - why is this not enough to say my son ahs autism ?

    i do not further understand the lack of respect shown to the courts system , if the families act says prove it once and i ahve to continually prove autism , where is the justice ?
