hi,

my son seems to be really sensitive around his privates and hates having to wash that area, obviously we dont want him to get infections but he gets really anxious and distressed. any ideas??

You might find the 2 questions about washing in general of help, and failing that you could always try the Autism Helpline (contact info is on that page) if you are still having problems.
