I am so stressed rn Its not even funny. So i need to talk to my GP as a First Point of contact before i can even get anywhere near getting anywhere with Diagnoses or any sort of Help for this. Its really annoying and stresses me out so much as i cant even get anywhere. Called NHS 111 number after i looked up if they can help. Explained to them that i have been Diagnosed with savior Anxiety and Savior Depression and asked them if they can give me some Advice or some help with that and they refused to Help me saying there a Crisis Number and refused to To help me with other stuff. I Respect the Job they do and there super busy and all but surely someone like myself with all the stuff that i have going on and already been diagnosed with and basically told they could not help me as its not necessarily a Crisis.
Again i fully respect them and what they do but is it just me? or should they have at least tried to Help me? I Then called the C.A.L.L helpline and they were supper Respecful and super supportive and giving me a lot of helplines and websites to help me cope with all the stress and anxiety i am having.
Am i just crazy for thinking the NHS don't care unless you have been sent to them by a Professional? Let me know how you think.
