Parter feels "Muddled". Any advice

Hi community.

Firstly, I'm glad to be posting and engaging with the community again. I would like to dip into it more regularly; it really brings me joy to help other people and share my experiences.

Right now, my partner feels "muddled" as an emotion. She's often confused, dazed, and can't make sense of her surroundings. She struggles to focus and can blank out quite easily. Has anyone experienced someone else going through this, and do you have any advice you could share?

  • I’m wondering if the things you describe are ‘emotions’? To me, emotions are things like sadnes, happiness, contentment, fear, anxiety, worry, excitement, hope, hopelessness etc. The things you have described sound more like states of being.

Perhaps your partner should seek advice from her GP or hospital emergency department.
