Sleep... Or rather lack of it

I've got a good sleep routine which I do but I always end up sleeping though half or more of the morning  when it comes to do the sleep schedule the next day I do it and the and thing happens I sleep during half or of the morning

I don't know if it's because my body is still processing what has happend since the work problems began then my resigning of them .. Or if it's because I'm just getting lazy

  • What you may be experiencing is certain contradiction-anxiety or a kind of guilt. But, in most cases, it's the opposite of laziness that leads to burnout.

A possible mental test is: "Would I be able to work fine starting now, lasting for long without relapse?"

If the answer is clearly "No", then the body and mind need healing, time, before eventually thinking about what in the previous state was problematic and so forth.

In my view, during the time off, you should definitely try to enjoy your free-time and extra energy which is needed to get better.

I tend to think of time off work as maximising the chances I can in the future work reliably and without burnout.
