Sleep... Or rather lack of it

I've got a good sleep routine which I do but I always end up sleeping though half or more of the morning  when it comes to do the sleep schedule the next day I do it and the and thing happens I sleep during half or of the morning

I don't know if it's because my body is still processing what has happend since the work problems began then my resigning of them .. Or if it's because I'm just getting lazy
