Tummy troubles

 

Looking for answers really because of a post about Kefir by  

Has anyone found anything that helps with a delicate tummy 

Things I’ve tried 

Goats milk Kefir
Sauerkraut….too potent…the homemade version anyway

Home made Sourdough 

Do you lot suffer with this thing that happens to me as soon as I get nervous my stomach starts acting weird ?

  • It sounds as if its the nervous system that needs treating as the cause rather than the poorly tummy which is the symptom. Maybe try drinking chamomile tea to help calm nerves and fennel tea to help with nausea, cramping and general chumblyness?

    If your gut is in balance already then adding lots of bacteria from yogurt and saurkraut will unbalance it.

  • I hadn’t factored my nervous system into things but I know it’s in chaos at the moment so it all makes sense. Hopefully it will settle down when some of my stressors are over.

    I haven’t heard that word for a while but I feel like it describes the general feeling I get in my stomach Blush
