Bad support is as bad as having no support.
May I ask what sort of support you've been having and why you don't feel it's helped?
Hello they dont seem to understand ASD or maybe im not able to open up to them
If they don't understand autism then it's not surprising you don't feel able to open up. Sadly I think this is quite a common experience, mental health people often don't see autism as a mental health problem, which it isn't, but it does impact on your mental health. Autism seems to fall between the stools of mental health and education/learning disabilities with nobody really taking any responsibility, especially when you're out of full time education. Are there any autism support groups in your area?
