Hello are you able to open up to how our mh is? As since March I've been getting mh help through a service its coming to an end but I dont feel ive benefited from the support

Bad support is as bad as having no support.

May I ask what sort of support you've been having and why you don't feel it's helped?

Hello they dont seem to understand ASD or maybe im not able to open up to them

I have found the lack of mental health service teams' Autism not just "awareness" ..but acceptance and suitable accommodation is often really frustrating (and sometimes distressing).
