help needed

My 4yr old autistic son was sent home from hospital after receiving no treatment he passed away 2 days later this must never happen again please help us ensure it doesnt and join us

We have not been given an official cause yet but if you look on the petition theres a breakdown of what happened

What did he die of?
i can't stand being in hospital even when I'm very I'll I always leave or run away so this could happen to many people with autism. Hospitals sent a friendly place to be in- they really frighten me coz I can't make sense of the environment and everything going on around me.
