Accupuncture

I had my first accupuncture session today and it was good, the needles didn't come flying out as they did when I had it before. I'm in less pain than I was before I went in, I did loads of heavy gardening yesterday and all the muscle aches and pains have gone and I feel a bit more awake and less brain foggy, although when he put a needle in my head it really hurt so he took it out and put it in another spot. I think it was because where he put it was on the edge of my crown chakra, we decided not to put one near my third eye chakra in case it went blind lol.

I've got another session next week so I'll see how it goes.

  • Glad it was a good experience.

I had acupuncture for insomnia years ago and it may have helped a bit.

I’ve been using one of those electronic acupressure stimulating devices which helps when I’m anxious. It really works but whether it’s because the correct points are being stimulated or that I turn the device up to maximum which makes it a bit stingy, I don’t know. I’ve had it for over 26 years and it’s still going strong.

One of my dogs used to go to the vet-physio for acupuncture, laser therapy and hydrotherapy in the one session. Her mobility noticeably improved after each session. She also did physio exercises at home with my assistance.
