cant speak to gp

i am going to the drs to see if i have autism im 100 percent sure i have it but i find it hard to comunicate with my dr i have already been three times to ask about it and try and get diagnosed but all those times i have been i end up talking about something else a different reason than the one that i was there for in the first place can someone give me an example of what to say to the dr when i get there

  • Can I suggest you write it down on two pieces of paper.

    You keep one in your hand and hand the other to the GP.

    As Outraged suggests, keep repeating it if you are being ignored. Your own piece of paper will be your visual prompt if, like me, you become tongue tied. If you can take a friend thats all the better.
