Medical records online

Hi everyone, I’m wondering if your able to access all your medical records online in England like diagnosis’s, medication past etc and everything else? As far as I know in Scotland you can’t as yet.

what can you see and what can’t see on it?

It depends on the system your GP uses and the preferences they set for you. I used to be able to access all min online, since I moved to a different GP I havent been able to. You can make an information request for the records they hold using GDPR.
