diet lifestlye bullying and abuse

I had an old aquaintence who was rather keen on looking good in a T-Shirt but not overly concerned with positive healthy lifestyle choices, he would spend many an hour lifting heavy objects inthe gymnasium but seemed to neglect his warm ups stretches cardio cool downs and stretch off's and as for diet as far as i was in formed he always placed his nob of cheese just before his plums and grapes, but weather or not he actuallky had his orange with a suitable breakfast and distanced his apple and other malic acid foods from his dairy and oats by having them with his evening meal i never did find out, one thing i do know however is that people tend to focus on what they think others are doing wrong before they will even attempt to identify if what they do is wrong then if and when you stop doing what they percieved to be the problem and they realise that it was only part of the problem and a very small part which they obsessed over and focused on using excuses like we can't help you whilst you're doing that and they then realise that they were just pretending they had the ability or inclination to help so that they could keep their paied positions and that why a lot of patients suffer and are prevented from accessing the appropriate health care, the referals and complaints system is manipulated to hide patients who have been mistreated bullied and abused by staff members who are unable inadiquate irrisponsible and dangerous.

When the diet and lifestlye planning and advice is required and would work its never delivered and every effort to prevent the patients who require it from accessing it is made and that is crulty that results in suffering for no justifyable reason, which indicates a culture of abuse has developed and been encouraged, normalised within teams and justified between closed groupes of staff members.

I am a victim of abuse not a perpotrator.
