Over the previous six or seven years began to ecercise i started walking the n gtaduated to jogging and did some cycling, i became very physically fit and on abudget gravel bike cycled 112km through the forest of bowland to lancaster stopped near to the half or quater pipe and cycled back to preston in around 8.5hrs i have had muscle fatigue and tightening that reduced my shoe size from a 12 to an 11 untill i was shown some stretches by a gym instructer, ive had a chest infection that was left unadressed, a bowel infection that caused malnutrition and a resulting skin infection, ive recently had a course of antibiotics that has helped and taken around two weeks rest from physical activities, i've increased the amount of beans and peas in my diet for extra fiber because i react bad to bananas, i have my baked beans at breakfast or mid day but not evening and i will eat peas at mid day or evening but not breakfast i eat an orange with breakast which is cereal with milk brown toast beans and an egg and the orange will help me prepare to absorb fish if and when i eat fish and i do eat fish for my brain my testosterone my eyes, joints tendons and ligaments so that i can stretch off safely and remove lactic acid build up created during exercise, i drink warter and i eat an apple after my evening meal one per day because as they say an apple a day keep the Dr away, i performed amazing feats of physical endurance and i became worn down but i have no physical injuries and now i am bulking my stool with baked beans and peas along with keeping a varied healthy diet and eating appropriatly portioned meals i am proud to say that after taking my rest and compleatingbmy course of antibiotics i am moving three rather sizeable fully formed stools of a healthy colour and with a ever inproving consistancy on a daily basis, so yeah it's fair to say i bulk and i wont be loosing any sleep over it, i bulk so what ?
