Cox approaching supper time.

There is little doubt in my mind that in the year of our lord 2025 the cox apple will be victorious and if i were a gambling man or purcurer of the finer things in life i would not hesitate to put my money where my mouth is, however i'm of the school of thought that gambling is a mugs game and the house will always win, even if i was to walk into a casino and place a chip on a multi club bet and the the light did shine would it be that the light had shon down on me from the heavans above or could it have been streight from thr bowls of hell itself, i'd like to think i.d say win some lose some and walk away if it was that the table rules state the whole of the chip must be within the circled area and i do often muse over weather or not other people are like myself or if they would not have the ability to accept that anoter persons fortune was exactly that and that even though the money was not earnt in the traditional sense through dedicated effort studie and toil it would still be the person who placed the bet who was entitled to the money or if a portion of society secretly felt that in some way because its money theat wasnt made in the traditional sense that in their minds they can lagitamise a right to what belongs to another, are there any people who just cant understand how anothers luck and fortune is not their misfortune and for them nothing has altered one way or another, and that brings me back to the cox and ordering up foods whilst living in line with the rising and falling of the sun, an orange is to follow breakfast and after a brisk walk and a light lunch then a portion of grapes or plums is but as for your evening meal its an apple that should be eaten and as i said this year the cox have had a good drop.

  2. GRAPES OR PLUMS AT DINNER TIME
  3. APPLE AT TEA TIME

 Don't forget to take your brisk walks and if you like build up to a jog or a run when youre ready.

  • I am jesting here, but I feel compelled to ask if it's okay if I don't do your 1-2-3 in that same order? Although I like the taste of oranges, grapes, and (to a lesser extent) apples, I might not want to consume them at those specific times of the day, or in that specific order.

    Also, and again I am jesting here, what do I do if I lack the physically energy and strength to even be capable of walking briskly?

    This is coming from a middle-aged woman whose idea of exercise is walking up and downstairs to use the bathroom, and walking into the kitchen to turn the kettle on. 

    Please accept my apologies if you consider my light-hearted and non-serious response be in any way offensive.

    On a serious note, I am not a betting person either. I can understand the euphoria experienced by people who win bets, but I pretty much guarantee that if I was to bet on anything, I would most likely lose.

  • Well if you lack energy then diet healthy eating understanding food and the benefits that come with a good understanding bring is a very good way to start increasing your energy levels so that you can move and be more physicaly active which in turn helps the food you eat and the nutrients it provides work for your brain and body, I AM HAPPY to share my view on this and it can only be considered a generic broard sweeping view any people with specific diatery needs or health complaints would have to adjut for themselves or if they do struggle to consider many things at once they should request the help of their trusted health worker etc. Oranges have lots of vitamin c and taste nice too they are citrus fruits and will help stimulate saliva wich when eating food is the first part of the digestive process so it IS GOOD to have oranges at breakfast and maybe a small glass of OJ first thing, they also help reduce or prevent symptoms of IBS if you have not developed any IBS symptoms yet and you eat food and move you DO have the potential to develop them and if like me you are a human being and evolved from primates you are a homosapian an omnivour and your digestive system was geared up for the hunter gatherer that is homosapian man/woman, you are not a cave man anymore and do have much more aquired knowlage and undersanding than cave men and women did but physically and biologically we have not altered a great deal other thn in our genral hight physical health and expected lifespan, we can eat an orange at breakfast and it will be the best choice that you can make for yourself on the whole, now assuming that we are well rested from the previous nights good sleep then your testosterone is at its highest and from that point onwards will begin to depleate and testosterone is good for you so by dinner time as long as you've taken your orange and a bowl of cerial with milk and maybe a slice or tow of toasted brown bread you have absorbed nutrients and have physical energy so now for that food to work for your brain and body you must move around AKA exercise and exercise can be and is done in varying amounts of intensity, exercise along withthe foodyou have eaten does many positive things in the body like help kickstart the metabolic function gutband bowel motility for a better gastrointestinal system, it also helps blood flow to your muscles and extremities end encourages stimulating the raspiratory system the feeds blood and oxygen to the bodey and brain IS GOOD FOR YOU, and when you do this and sunlight hits your skin and enteres your eyes then the vitamin D which you have absorbed from diet and is stored in your bodys fat reserves is activated whic in tern stimulates the pinial galnd and encourages good neurological function by regulatating and maintaining good brain chemistry which increases you overall ability, grapes and plums are good for increasing testosterone at mid day and fruits like plums that have a stone are often higher in natural sodium which again is good for muscle function because sodium is an electrolyte that exists naturally in the foods that we eat so grapes and plums ARE good at mid day and if you have eaten a good appropriate well portioned dinner which has followed some physical exercise remebering that mornings are when you are waking up so start small or smaller and buld big or bigger is a good method to follow with food and exercise throughout your mornings and afternoon/evenings, walking is something the average human is naturally good at and is a good daily exercise to engage in and apples are good for walkers and runners they help reduce symptoms or someting called runners ear wich is when the ear becomes dryed out apples help hydration and the heath and function of the ENT or ear nose and throat and because the ENT containe two of the sensory organs ears and mouth and the mouth isconnected tothe digestive systen which helps provide nurishment to the body whic feeds the brain that recieves and processes external stimulie apples can be considered very good along with your evening meal and for your neurological function and sensory conditions if ofcourse you have done some exercise which you do need to do for things to work as they should for you a human being, and there is no escaping the facts of life so you can lie to yourself and others whilst allowing others to lie to you and all that will happen is you will become worse in yourself physically mentally emotionally, your cognative function and ability will decrease and the people whosurround you will be liers who encourage the worst in you as you encourage the worst in them, you and your network will in effect re-educate yourselves with lies and making lies fun by only jesting and never understanding accepting or lerning OH HAHA OH HAHAHA OH HAHAHAHAHA .
