Do you struggle with your sleep and want to improve your sleep quality?
We’re inviting autistic young adults to take part in a research study testing a self-help sleep resource that we co-designed with autistic individuals. This resource aims to improve sleep and overall wellbeing, and your feedback will help us refine it before developing a wider-reaching digital app.
I am a lecturer at Kingston University and my research focuses on exploring the relationship between learning, memory, and sleep variability across the lifespan, with a particular emphasis on neurodiversity.
We are looking for participants who are:
- Autistic (formal diagnosis or self-diagnosed)
- Aged between 18-30 years old
- Experiencing sleep difficulties
Participation involves wearing a sleep watch, engaging with the sleep resource, and completing sleep diaries, short online cognitive tasks and questionnaires. Everything can be done remotely, or in-person (if near Kingston), and participants will receive a £50 voucher for their time.
