I''ve had a small issue with my stomach recently so i have eaten a bowl of poridge oats for breakfast mde with semi skimmed milk and a spoon full of strawbery jam on top, a few hrs later i had two slices of brown toasted bread with raspbery jam and after my evening meal im going to have a portion of rice pudiing with strawbery jam.
- porridge oats are good for IBS and neurological function
- strawbery jam is a good antinfamatory
- brown bread has fiber and slow burning energy
- raspberries are a citrus berry and high antioxidants
- rice is stodge type carbohydrate and helps to settle the stomach
Jams are genrally good as long as you eat your meals and fruit and vegatables providing your Dr hasn't told you that you musnt eat them.
