Masturbation damaging his body help!

My son is 22 ASD and has been masturbating for nearly half his life, he is now experiencing bladder problems and mental health issues 

Please can i get help if anyone knows what action to take as he is under urology but i feel they cant help with this sort of problem.

  • It would be up to urology or GP to identify the actual problem. I wouldn't have thought it should harm the bladder, unless there is a UTI. 

    Tight grip can cause inflammation, bruising or  bleeding from the urethra which might make it hard to go. If this the case over a long time, then it can cause bladder issues. The prostate should be able cope as far as I know.

    But you/he needs to understand the actual problem first.

    If just a UTI, it would be antibiotics to solve it.

    If he can't go at all that is a serious issue.
