Right then the immunity ors says only one per day, its no good for morning use because of the zink vit d and iron content, so what is better is to use the strawberry or blackcurrant standard ORS 1 hrs after breakfast if you e excise or have an active busy day take a break and drink one of the citrus standard ORS solutions and when you have finished for the day or finished a run bicycle ride hike etc then as thirst questcher drink the immunity ORS and after that if you require a protine shake have one. Good healthy diet and well balanced and portioned meals ensuring you eat two portions of fruit and three of veg per day as well as drinking enough water are the most important things of all and if that is not achieved then the suppliments that suppliment your diet will only make you unwell, i eat correctly, I am very active my diet and lifestyle and suppliments are appropriate and fitting, but I have no major dietary restrictions.
