Vitamins, electrolytes.

Some people use a vitamin b compound which helps with neurological and the central nervous system, *edited due to rule 6* and that's because food and good diet IS what works primarily for the brain and body so vitami b compound helps food to work better which helps the brain and body work better, because vitamin b compound contains the vitamin b's some people might find it better for them to use a standard ORS electrolyte hydration solution insted of one that has vitamin b's added. 

I always eat my five a day fruit nd veg two fruit and three portions of veg i drink a pint of water with my three meals breakfast dinner and tea, when I take an electrolyte drink I do not have it with my meals, I have found that unlike vitamin b compound then electrolyte hydration drinks work better if taken an hour and a half after eating. There are three veraieties one blackcurrant flavour one strawberry flavour which both contain beetroot concentrate as a food additive which is quite a strong antinflmatory and could help with gastrointestinal issues and to reduce and prevent swelling during and after exercise, another is citrus flavour and citrus is good for helping manage symptoms of IBS.
