  • These days, due to my innards being a bit touchy, I've settled into the most bland breakfast imaginable: jumbo porridge oats, salt and water—boiled. The jumbo oats have a bit more texture than the usual ones and a little salt makes all the difference. And as we're pricing it: about 6 p (including electricity). For the rest of the day, I seek strong flavours and textures.
