I keep finding myself rocking when alone. I know it is one of our comforting stims, but I find myself doing it uncounciously - and a lot more than before I got the diagnosis.
Should I worry, or just not give a sh..?

I don’t think it’s anything to worry about.
If you enjoy rocking, keep doing it. If you have stopped enjoying rocking, or you find you are doing it to such an extent that it is stopping you doing other things that you want to do, or things that need doing, perhaps think about reducing the rocking. Distraction techniques can be useful to help break the cycle. For example, going for a walk or other physical exercise, mindfulness.
