I keep finding myself rocking when alone. I know it is one of our comforting stims, but I find myself doing it uncounciously - and a lot more than before I got the diagnosis.
Should I worry, or just not give a sh..?

The second answer.
I've been stimming like crazy since I came out to myself last year, but usually only when I'm alone. I must have been holding it all in for decades. It feels nice. I'm not going to beat myself up about it like I probably would have before. Now, it's just me being me and I'm OK with that.
