Low Blood Pressure

I went to Belfast, today, and felt that my Low Blood Pressure, plus dehydration, kicked in; big time. Several times, when walking, I had to rest, and support myself on a pillar/post, as I felt like fainting. I did drink water, there, and even the Tenzing Energy Drink, at a Holland and Barrett, for vital electrolytes.

I have no choice but to be proactive about my health, as I'm rarely awake during my Doctor's triage window; if I even get through, on the phone. Our issues with the NHS could prove to be a blessing, in disguise. Cut out the Middleman.

Thank God I got home, safely.

  • I have low blood pressure, it does seem to go hand in hand with not eating enough and hot weather certainly dosen't help. Doctors always assume that low blood pressure is a good thing, even when I'm feeling dizzy from it. The only time it was really commented on was pre surgery when it was 70/50 and I shouldn't have been concious, they still didn't do anything about it other than let me have a boiled sweet to bring it back up again.
