Low Blood Pressure

I went to Belfast, today, and felt that my Low Blood Pressure, plus dehydration, kicked in; big time. Several times, when walking, I had to rest, and support myself on a pillar/post, as I felt like fainting. I did drink water, there, and even the Tenzing Energy Drink, at a Holland and Barrett, for vital electrolytes.

I have no choice but to be proactive about my health, as I'm rarely awake during my Doctor's triage window; if I even get through, on the phone. Our issues with the NHS could prove to be a blessing, in disguise. Cut out the Middleman.

Thank God I got home, safely.

This can also happen with low blood sugar - are you confident you had enough carbs to eat before the exercise?

Slow release carbs are typically good options for this so breakfast cerials like corn flakes, bran flakes and puffed rice are suitable and for lunch / dinner it is good to have plenty of root veg or corn.
