I am researching the pros and cons of taking magnesium to help with anxiety and OCD in autism. Has anyone had any experiences of this supplements? Thanks.
Helps me slightly with sleep if I take it near bedtime, nothing to write home about though. It's a high dose of magnesium glycinate. Also tried magnesium threonate for 3 months which did nothing.
