Magnesium

Hi

I am researching the pros and cons of taking magnesium to help with anxiety and OCD in autism.   Has anyone had any experiences of this supplements?  Thanks.

  • Helps me slightly with sleep if I take it near bedtime, nothing to write home about though. It's a high dose of magnesium glycinate. Also tried magnesium threonate for 3 months which did nothing.
