I am researching the pros and cons of taking magnesium to help with anxiety and OCD in autism. Has anyone had any experiences of this supplements? Thanks.
I definitely sleep better with magnesium. I halve the standard big ones you get in supermarkets, they have b6 in as well and my magnesium dose ends up just over 187mg a day. Any more and it starts adversely affecting my stomach!
