Prozac, tics, stimming...help?!

Hi all.

I'm on a whole cocktail of meds for depression, anxiety, and adhd, and recently I started prozac for the depression. First few months it was fantastic—my energy was back, my mood was stable for the first time in years, and I could finally engage in the stuff I loved again. However, around last week, I was forced to lower the stimulant dose because it was affecting my mood, and as a result, upped the prozac to accommodate the lower energy levels. Since then, I've developed these...tics? Stims? I jerk my neck or shake my head really hard and fast. It's a really intense buildup of energy in my core and at the base of my neck that I can ignore, but not for long. The movements are not involuntary—I don't really do them if I don't have a sudden buildup or I'm not thinking about them, and there's not exactly a release in pressure ever, meaning it's either some strange form of tics or some really, really intense stimming. If it's intense stimming, I can live with that and try to channel it into other parts of my body, but I haven't had the urge to move this badly before. I've had three "attacks" over the past week where it got completely overwhelming, and they've only gotten worse. I'd switch up the meds now, but I'm too busy with work and moving houses to make any significant changes, else I risk productivity, stability, etc. I'd have to wait until a lull in duties to do so, but I was wondering if anybody else had similar experiences.

Please, if anybody has any helpful experiences that aren't catastrophizing, I'd really appreciate it.

love, and take care of yourselves,

Max
