My Son has ASC and a childhood Epilepsy syndrome, which children usually grow out of by adulthood. Does anyone know if this is the same for people with ASC?

Thank you for clarifying.
I didn't wish to assume.
I see you've already stated you'll be raising the matter at the next review, and I think that is for the best. I have an inkling about what will be said - but best leave it for the medical professionals.
I wish you all the best.
My Son has a form of Epilepsy that only effects children and most grow out of it by the time they reach adulthood. I don’t know what happens if someone who is Neurodiverse has this type of Epilepsy. Do they grow out of it or not?
I'm guessing that you might be referring to childhood absence epilepsy (CAE).
I'm not personally aware of any differences in the prognosis for CAE (or any other type of childhood epilepsy syndrome) in relation to autistic children versus others.
But we also need to be mindful of the rule, here, against offering medical advice. So I'd suggest that the best course of action would be to ask your son's doctor(s) about this.
The NAS has some more general information about epilepsy here, including links to other organisations that focus specifically on that subject. (I'm including these more for the benefit of others who come across your thread via search over time, but with a less specific question, but perhaps you might also find them of interest):
You may need to re-phrase your question slightly, as I am unclear what you mean. I don't want to give an answer based upon an assumption, and it then turns out you meant something else. Thanks.
