Online Community Upgrade

Dear Online Community users,  

We are excited to announce that our Online Community will be upgraded by the end of October 2024. This will increase the forum's reliability and make it easier for the moderation team to accurately detect spam. The upgrade will also reduce the technical difficulties some users have experienced and allow us to implement many of the suggestions Online Community users made during our consultation with you earlier this year. Our new Online Community platform will look different to our current one.   

To facilitate this upgrade, the Online Community will be temporarily unavailable from October 29th for two days. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.  

Once the upgrade is complete, you may need to reset your password to access your account. We’ll update our FAQs with detailed instructions on how to do this and provide additional guidance on navigating the new platform.
