New - what to do now

My daughter aged 14 was diagnosed in Feb this year. And after years of waiting, we finally have an answer but it feels like we have been left without receiving any help as to what the next steps are.

My daughter masks at school ( just starting year 10 ) and is doing well while in school, the school have advised us to wait until they have all the help in place before applying for a EHCP.

I have already purchased a National Disability Card, i do not believe that she qualifies for any financial benefits but is it worth Registering my daughter on the disability register. Thank you in advance
