I have complained about mine, if you feel yours have failed your child with either assessment/diagnosis or mental health support pre/post diagnosis please, please tell them. This is our opportunity to instigate change. They already know of the national problem with CAMHS but they need more information and if yours is exceptionally bad (which the NAS already has feedback from parents that it is, in reports) it's important that you take action:
