Toothbrushes. with timers

I’m looking into toothbrushes with for my Son who has SPD.  Do the toothbrushes.with timers make any noise or vibrate?

  • How old is he? My daughter has Firefly brushes which just flash for a minute. They are quite small though so wouldn’t be good for an older child/teen/adult
