Discrimination and persecution by the collective

I live in Barnet and am being discriminated against by vicious neighbors. My daughters crossed over the road to ask the neighbors to stop bulling me.   

One of them who lives next door came out straight away filming them without there consent. He approached them and started slandering me to them, this was unwanted contact, harassment. I told the police and they said there's nothing they can do. Previous to this the same neighbor and his friend called me names and called me out for a fight. I reported this to the barnet safer neighbor team and they took no action against him. This neighbor from next door along with others in the same road have been terrorizing me and spreading lies for a long time and also have damaged my property. I have reported all the incidents to the police from colindale. I feel my human rights have been abused also by individuals working for barnet council who refuse to except that my autism is a real disability to me and I have found it very hard copping with it all. I do have health problems and this has made it worse. I feel am battling corruption, biased and dishonesty.

     Yes this is a scary time for me so I turned to you for advise and help and you gave. Thank you.

    I have been advised to fill a form for hate crime  that was bought on by the bad part of the  community together with the  Authorities who supported there bad behavior. This form is from Barnett council although some of there workers have come across as prejudice and biased, I hope they treat me fairly and don't use there experience to deceive me. The residence were I live have created snares and traps for me like the poachers of animals. 

    Also two officers from the law advised me to write to the superintendent of colindale Graham Park to complain and report the officers that made it possible for the hate crime to come to pass and remain in the shadows waiting like a lion at night waiting to devour us. 

    I don't trust the Authorities so I must make more plans to save my children from the lions waiting in the shadows. I don't like people who are cruel to animals or humans

    They set there dogs on me but its not the dogs fault.
