Hi

Hi. I'm new here. I have autism and in recent years my anxiety has increased dramatically and this i think is affecting my GI health and I'm always in pain *heightened sensory overload* I think...and it's affecting me and in itself is causing my anxiety to be worse. I've tried better diets though am still trying to cut out the coca cola as I know it doesn't help but very little makes it better. My muscles ache too. All resulting from anxiety. I'm not really sure what else I can do to help with this...am open to any suggestions you might have :)
