getting a diagnosis as an adult

I am have been diagnosed with aspergers traits but this was part of another psychiatric assessment .  I would like to get a fuller more clearer diagnosis.  I struggle with certain aspects of my life and I dont want to carry on feeling as if I have to cope with situations I find very stressful, this has been with socialising, environments that are busy and noisey etc.  I would like to find some way of having a clearer diagnosis and also any support for adults

    Maybe, you have dyspraxia, often people with dyspraxia, have aspergers traits.

    It does not help you practically, having aspergers traits.

    It seems you have other psychological or neuro-diverse conditions.
