Tips on Planning and Routines

Im not really sure if this is the right place to ask, but i think its worth a try.

I learned that i often function a lot better if i have clear routine or schedule in place, so I usually like to make a detailed plan of my day in the morning, which make it a lot easier for me to be able to get everything done and not overthink too much or get anxious. I also have problems with memory, so if i dont have a clear and visual reminder, i will not remember anything.

But the problem is, i have recently been struggling a lot with creating a routine/schedule and sticking to it. Nothing i try seems to work for more than a few days, and i dont feel very motivated to do anything.

i also tried a lot of planning apps, bit they are either too expensive or dont work well for my needs. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good neurodivergent friendly planning app?.

Any kind of tips or advice on anything related to planning, organisation or routines would extremely helpful and appreciated. Thanks. Blush
