Chronic pain

I get a lot of chronic pain, mostly in the abdominal region. A lot of it could be to do with my diet of cola as it's the only thing I drink, minus some milkshakes.

But the pain can be pretty intense so that makes me feel like there's probably something more going on with my stomach. I get a lot of movement pain in there, especially at night, makes sleeping bloody difficult at times!

It's been suggested to me I have GERD. I wonder though if this is related to autism? I read online that autistic people suffer more with abdominal problems, sometimes with no reason it just happens out of the blue with no cause discovered.

My other problem with this is that my anxiety sets to work on it and suddenly I'm on Google looking up symptoms and then I'm worried sick about horrible diseases and conditions which I know I don't have but somehow I can't convince myself of this.

Autism is such a hard thing to live with.
