Trying to understand what I’m feeling

Hey me again.

so I’m going through some pretty big changes in my life at moment. For the last week really. So I’ve struggled with my mental health for years and I’ve taken a bit of a hit but nothing I can’t kind of manage.

However since these changes ive noticed some changes in me. My anxiety has skyrocketed and my mood is up and down like Tigger from Winnie the Pooh on some hefty stuff, I’m so tired all the time but I can’t get a full nights sleep. I can’t eat properly I’ll have a few bites and be painfully full even if I’ve not eaten all day. My hands and feet don’t seem to want to cooperate. I can’t walk properly and miss steps and lose my balance often and I can’t seem to navigate stairs at the moment . I can’t pour like normal and keep spilling things. My eczema has flared up and my skin is so itchy and dry and I keep getting headaches too.

I don’t really understand what’s going on and I was hoping you guys could help me navigate

  • Physical-sensation can be huge and irritating part of chronic-anxiety, as it feels physical like a different issue, it doesn’t help that it manifests as you feel like you’re losing sight of the grounding-factors in your life.

    The trick is to distract-yourself, or talk at someone, or ask for assistance from a close-carer. The moment you feel like you’re grounded again, those symptoms if stress-related with measurably taper-off, if you don’t start-off with enough in the tank you need to reduce-maintenance or increase-capacity or seek an energy replenishing-factor.

    The fact that you feel as if you don’t understand, is the point at which your effectiveness is tapering, focus on that point as it is inefficient to push on whilst feeling-aimless..Innocent
