Last Wednesday I had to have a catheter inserted because of a severe urinary infection, and I have to wear it for two weeks. Apart from the extreme pain of actually having it inserted (at the fourth attempt!), I have been experiencing some discomfort ever since and am finding it difficult to walk. I was told this discomfort would only last a couple of days but I see no sign of it stopping. Have any other members had similar experiences?
