What other health problems do you have

My mental health professional before i was discharged in March this year.. said she suspect that I am on the ASD spectrum and I have to speak or get an appointment with the GP to get that sorted.  Cause I have forms for it since october and done my part but my father not done his part.

So I could be on the spectrum or not I won't know till I get to a point where am offically diagnosed with ASD or not. 

But I have been diagnosed with 

Emotional Unstable Personality Disorder (Historic BPD type).

Mixed Anxiety And Depressive disorder.

Anger issues

Learning Difficulties (Dyselixa and Dyspraxia)..
