Breathing

Does anyone else get or even understand this? I never really notice my breathing. It never enters my mind. If I sing I sing until I run out of breath/air. During the day I either take in too much air - when talking - or not enough where I start to feel dizzy and gasping. Is this an autism problem or something else?

  • i think there could be something to do with breathing in all this, as we all get anxiety and yet to stop anxiety you focus on breathing.

breathing is a natural background process, much like how when we drive a car wed likely phase out and then get to the destination having realised we was pretty much driving blindly automatically without seeing or being there truly, this is likely what breathing is like, we do it automatically without thinking, that we forget about it... and perhaps do it wrong, perhaps dont breathe enough and end up stop breathing without realising it. i think there could be something in it where our background breathing process runs into a error and fails to run properly at times... like a background operating system error or crash in something lol 404 breathing not found.
