Fatigue

I'm suffering from some serious fatigue at the moment. Anxiety is so bad and I think it's causing a lot of side effects like the fatigue but there's also a lot of dizziness that I'm really struggling to come to terms with.

I work as a farmer which is doing okay but struggling since COVID and now I'm not able to work like I did which means my family are having to do the majority of the work. I still don't own the farm. I really want to but it's basically renting everything. I can apply to the bank for a grant to help, there's already the building's and land, but everything needs fixing up so it would be a worthwhile investment if I can write my business plan out well I'm hoping they'll agree. I have no qualifications but a lot of determination and a lot of experience as I've been on the farm pretty much all my life.

But this fatigue is destroying me, I can't do anything without feeling tired and dizzy. Even walking in the house is a bit much for me sometimes.

Is there anything I can do to help with this?

I too suffer from fatigue and dizziness (vertigo).

It got so bad for me at one point that it had taken over my life and I was practically housebound.  After seeing a GP I was told that I suffer from low blood pressure.  However I find that when I am particularly stressed or anxious it worsens my symptoms.

For me it was about recognising that I was getting over stressed or anxious and then trying to reduce it, hopefully before my symptoms got too bad.

I would also advise that you see a GP just to check everything is ok but it does sound like autistic burnout.

    All the best
