I have a tongue of fire, am allergic to light, and my legs are as fragile as Twiglets; is everyone in the UK unwell in some way lately?

  • I suffer from migraines and have had 6 migraine or headache attacks this month. My doctor is aware and we're trying a new medication (yay) but still very frustrating. I'm off sick today with a headache, asthma flare up, and sore throat. I used to force myself into work but I'm getting better at self care and have taken the day off.
